Inspired by Japanese cooking, KnIndustrie proposes the exclusive TEPPANYAKI TRAY. Specifically produced with a special multilayer steel-aluminium-steel, this tray has been created in order to be used as a practical grill: use it on all kinds of hobs to grill your dishes following the typical Japanese Teppanyaki technique. This technique owes its name to the union of the words “teppan” (grill, iron plate) and “yaki” (sautéed): in fact, dishes are sautéed on the “teppan” grill and then are served directly on plates. The aim of Teppanyaki technique is to cook and eat on the same plate, therefore KnIndustrie proposed a product on which it is possible to grill and then to serve dishes directly on it.
