Blade is marked ‘P Emrich Cin, Oh‘ a manufacturer of tools established in 1856 in Cincinnati Ohio. Firms like this often bought from other manufacturers as well as making their own production, I found some records of them buying from larger Easter knife makers, this might be from one of those firms. This knife is very likely from the 19th century but could also be early 20th C up to the 1920’s. For what it’s worth the mark looks like 19th C.
